Hotel was fantastic! Clean, modern and all areas inside finished to a high quality. Situated right in the heart of the city with great cafes, restaurants and sites to see. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower/ bathroom was great and all fittings and furniture in the room were to a high standard. Staff were exceptional - kind, welcoming and accomodating. The included breakfast was the perfect start to the day for getting up and exploring Florence. The large windows in our rooms also had a view down onto the street below, which was a small but fun 'feature' as we watched people come and go along the Italian streets, and blocked out all noise from the outside when closed (we stayed during a major storm and you wouldn't have known when inside). I never leave reviews, but this hotel and team deserve it based on our experience! You will be very well looked after if you come here, and we will definitely book here again when we come back to Florence one day.

Corte dei Sogni was fantastic in all respects! This family-owned hotel is in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from the Duomo, City Market, and train station. There is also a wonderful Trattoria (La Madia) directly across the street. The room was clean and comfortable - it had great air conditioning, a sizable bathroom, large windows, and a beautiful wood ceiling. The staff was friendly and informative. Alina recommended multiple restaurants, all of which proved to be very good, and she was nice enough to mark them on a map for us. We enjoyed conversations with Mario as well. The daily breakfast was excellent too. We enjoyed eating in the outdoor common area (porch), which had comfortable seating and lots of fresh flowers. Furthermore, the hotel was generally quiet and offered plenty of privacy. In short, we loved Corte dei Sogni and look forward to staying there again the next time we visit Florence.

Such a wonderful stay in this boutique-style hotel, with character, superb cleanliness (recently renovated and beautifully refurbished), right in the centre of the historic part of the city and in a spacious double room, with a comfortable bed, excellent walk-in shower and mini-bar. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and there was always someone to welcome us at reception(available from breakfast through 11pm, there is not an overnight reception but entrance using key card 24/7. But we were never back that late, and happy to be tucked up in comfy bed watching TV and having drinks from the mini bar which was exceptionally reasonably priced. We enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings, and nothing was too much trouble (even getting extra milk for the mini bar for our very British end of the day cuppas! :). Highly recommend, a bit of a well kept secret and definitely hope to be back!

This was the best booking for the whole of the Italy trip this time. The room was a nice size and the shower facilities good. Good lighting especially the night time bathroom lighting is a really nice touch as it is discreet and not blinding. Really liked the courtyard garden where you can take breakfast. As I visited in late October the weather was still fine, and not burning hot, just very pleasant Breakfast is scrambled eggs option with ham and cheese - be aware it is not English style scrambled eggs, it's just scrambled with ham (parma/proscuitto) and cheese embedded in the eggs if you want it. The staff will also let you store your bags if you want to do a bit more of Florence on the day you check out, which is very good.

The hotel was perfectly located and the everything was freshly done and very clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom excellent. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from the street. Lovely small courtyard terrace with a few tables for breakfast. Breakfast was simple, pastries, sliced bread (not toast), yogurt and cheese and scrambled eggs. Coffee from a machine. Owner was very nice and helpful. We will be staying there again!
